What kind of earring hooks do you use?
All earrings are on 14K gold-filled hooks.
How should I take care of my earrings?
Seed bead earrings should not be worn in water. Caution should be taken to keep earrings away from excessive sweat, hand sanitizer, lotions, oils and perfumes.
When you are not wearing your earrings, lay them flat or hang them on an earring display. Make sure wherever you store them is a space that is not in direct sunlight, as this may cause bead discolouration.
Always wear your rubber backings! Seed bead earrings are very light and have the potential to fall out of your ears if you are not careful. A rubber backing will prevent that from happening.

Do you offer wholesale or consignment?
I accept wholesale clients on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out at beadsnbabes@gmail.com for all wholesale enquiries.
Consignment is not currently available.
Do you take custom orders?
I take on select custom orders on a per project basis. Custom orders are priced at a minimum of $200CAD.

Why don't you offer free shipping?
I am still in the beginning stages of operation and unfortunately I am much too small to be able to take on the full cost of shipping.
With your continued support, I am hopeful that this will change in the future!

I lost one earring. Can you replace it?
Losing an earring is never fun! If this happens to you, please contact me so that I can help you out. For a single earring replacement, I usually charge half of the original price plus shipping.
